Update hours can be used for content changes, minor design tweaks, adding pages, plugin configuration, troubleshooting, and general site improvements. We track time in 15-minute increments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with 30 days notice.
What happens if I need emergency help?
All monthly plans include priority support. We respond to emergencies same-day during business hours (M-F, 9am-5pm EST). After-hours emergency support available for Enterprise clients.
Do you support sites you didn't build?
Absolutely. We maintain and support websites built by anyone, on any platform. We'll audit your site first to understand its structure.
What if I go over my included hours?
Additional hours are billed at $100/hour for Professional and Enterprise plans, $125/hour for Basic plans. We always get approval before exceeding your plan limits.
